 Rabalais Instrument and Electrical Constructors primary concern is SAFETY, ensuring the prevention of injury or death to personnel and loss of property. Effective management, mandatory adherence to safety procedures, quality craftspeople, attention to employee morale and production, results in exceptionally efficient operations and a harmonious relationship with our clients. Our employees are trained regularly by our Safety Director, and attend daily Safety Meetings on immediate hazards and concerns. Ongoing training is conducted weekly in our on-site training center, and continuing education and current certifications are mandatory. All sub-contractors are included in our training requirements. Regular monitoring of employees, equipment, environment and other conditions is managed by our Safety Director and our field supervisors, enforcing job site safety procedures and compliance with all client and governmental regulations.
Staff is tested regularly to measure their understanding of our expectations, responsibility, attitude and incentives to enhance their personal safety. We consider it a critical success factor for our personnel to enhance their knowledge base each year, continually refine their skills, and keep abreast of the latest technological advancements in our field.
 Rabalais conducts a complete, 2.5 hour, computer-based General Orientation Training for all new hires and annually for existing staff. Training includes:
